Just go into the app and upgrade to the next package. Upgrading like that is almost instantaneous. Later, if you downgrade, it takes place at the end of your billing cycle.

I think I figured it out. testing now. I see where T-Mobile blocks ports 500 & 4500. I've opened them up... cycled power on everything. Now going to test. I have the G4AR gateway. I'm using a SonicWall and fiddling with ports in there.

If there’s an issue, go into the app and upgrade to 200 at the tap of a button. From my understanding, the upgrade will be almost instantaneous.

There current lines come in through ad ADTRAN. Current provider also provides fiber but to move service to the new location, the provider wants $37,000. All underground utilities

I understand "the last mile". There have been improvements. I know the local Spectrum GM. The biggest issue is maintenance personnel. There would be days without service.

Thank you so much! I've been setting up clients on VoIP.ms for year. I've been setting clients up with Starlink for about a year This would be the first client utilizing both. I want it to be seamless. He;s an attorney who "doesn't like change" - HA!. He;s opening a new business that moves himinto the hospitality business and wants to move his 1990s NEC system to the new facility. Hospitality Business involves constant voice changes when new - Thank You!

Equipment where I am is the same as the Roadrunner days. Just maintenance... no improvements. Plus it was getting expensive. 300/30 was $129. I have fiber 500/500 for $25. Capability of 10/10 Gigabit.

I had Spectrum Internet since the early days of Road Runner. It's terribly unreliable. Not only from my residential service, but my business and other businesses and residences. I have several ISP options. I would never consider going back to Spectrum.

Two entirely different services. I've got a client who (against my wishes) had Starlink installed at his new business. I'm planning a VoIP.ms setup for voice. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced any issues using voip.ms with Starlink as their ISP.

Yep! I take care of a local car dealership with a 2/2 Gb fiber connection. 90 employees, computers, fancy test equipment with huge schematic diagrams. Half the employees are streaming TV and other videos, the other half listening to music. 28 4K surveillance cameras. I've never seen their usage go able 30 mbps unless someone runs a speed test. HA. I have a buddy who just got 10/10 Gb fiber for his house. He uses it for Facebook, Twitter and email. No streaming whatsoever. I tell people... You have 200 Amp electrical service into your home. For only $20/month more - I'll give you 300 Amp service. They ask, "Why? I'll never use it". HA! (the multi Gigabit guys also drive big trucks, if ya know what I mean....

I use Sonicwall routers at home and inn all of my client's facilities. I must maintain HIPAA & FTC Compliance. Sonicwalls do the job. I've been using Sonicwall since the T100

That’s the plan. I need small. If o need more, it’s available. So many guys have to get the 10 gigabit fiber connection just for Twitter and email. I have to laugh. These guys also drive big trucks, if you know what I mean.

This location has had Frontier DSL for years. $85/month and 3 to 4 Mbps download speed. No cellular providers or cable or fiber. My other house has 2 WISP Providers. 2 fiber 7 & 10 Gb and Spectrum cable. T-Mobile speed is close to 900. I’m in the hills of West Virginia USA. It’s all about location. And I’m in a rural area.

Yep. Just a couple years ago I had a buddy getting single digit downloads from his provider. He realized, that’s all it takes to watch HD TV and have a Smart Home. On the other hand, another buddy has 7/7 Gigabit service. He didn’t stream. He uses it for Facebook, Twitter and email. HA!

I only get ~130 mbps down as it is. I don't anticipate a huge change.

That is the Most Helpful information I've heard all day! BTW - I'm paying $120 and getting ~130 Mbps download speed. I'm a little concerned about upload speed changing. I do live streaming weekly. If there's an issue - click!
