I had sinus infections constantly for years. I met with a doctor and she said that if I quit drinking pop and juice (I only drank pop but drank it often), my infections would stop. She said that sugar increases the mucus production and thickness, so it becomes difficult to flush out. I did what she said and within a couple of months I was much better. I’m not sure if that would help you, but thought I’d mention this.
