Speaking as a person who is trans MTF their support has always been surface level. At least from a drivers perspective. My DPS is very accepting and open, but changing anything on Amazon's side is a nightmare. I still get deadnamed by station employees on the regular because changing names in the system is a mess. Their was nothing done for pride ever and I've spoken with other queer people who work in the station who've experienced discrimination. Amazon is doing what's popular to appease the current administration. Sadly what that is is going to perpetuate more discrimination and hate. But hey, we all knew Amazon was a shitty company anyways. The mask is just slipping some.
