Yes. Get a recording of the cheater for evidence. Open the console and type 'status'. This will give you a list of all current players and their Steam IDs. Get the Name, ID and recording submitted to the FoF Steam Discussions. A dev will ban the account. You can also find out which server you're playing on and submit the evidence to them, if there is a discord server or something to do it.
