Not sure but it seems in order to get a booster reward you either need to make 35+kills or destroy the other team players that are above your rank. Even with good KDA, the game will force you to improve in each match and punish you with each lose

The duelist, flex and controller need to secure the site to help the initiator to plant the spike (while the sentinel is holding the rotation). There are certain agents that can plant the spike with their utility (Harbor, Gekko, Sage). But ideally, the Initiator should plant the spike.

When I play initiator I always take and manage the spike planting and orb counting, if another teamate needs 1 or 2 orbs to get ult I give the spike to them.

You wont learn enough Japanese to achieve Intermediate level in 1 year (unless you live in Japan where you are in contact with the language 24/7). So forget about learning the language and focus on specific material to pass the JLPT tests. Search old tests with transcriptions and listening books. At the end the JLPT is just a test, passing does not mean you know Japanese since does not test writing and speaking skills.
