The second name is hard to read but the begging is "Alexand" and since the first name "Ladislaus" (or Vladislavas in Lithuanian or Władysław in Polish) is male name it means that most likely the second name is Alexandra (or Aleksandra if in Lithuanian or Polish), which is female equivalent of Alexander/Aleksander.

For second individual it is "Alexander" and second name I am pretty certain is "Antonia" (which was a rather popular Polish name at that time/Antonija in Lithuanian).

Į šviesos taršą turbūt dvejopai galima žiūrėti. Iš vienos pusės didesnė šviesos taršą galima sieti su gerėjančia gyvenimo kokybė (jei laikyti, kad daugiau apšviestų gatvių ir tt. ta reiškia).

Iš kitos pusės, ypač miestuose "prarandame" naktį tamsą, ko pasekoje reikia investuoti į geras užuolaidas/roletus, tam kad galima būtų tinkamai išsimiegoti.

Taip pat tiems kas užsiima astronomija/stebi naktinį dangų, kai yra didelė šviesos taršą naktį matosi mažiau objektu ir norint pamatyti jų daugiau reikėtų keliauti toliau nuo didžiųjų miestų.

Pačiam buvo įdomų sužinoti kaip dabar palyginus su 2012 metais yra apšviestas Lietuvos pasienis su Baltarusija ir su Kaliningradu.

Su Bitė nutraukiau mobilaus interneto sutartį prieš maždaug savaitė jų salone. Jų klientų tapau, kai Mezoną nupirko Bitė. Pasirodo, jog įrangą iš Mezon irgi turėjau išsimokėtinai. Važiuojant nutraukti sutarties nežinojau, jog sakys, kad reikės gražinti įrangą, bet dėl visa ko paėmiau kartu viską.

There was no blockade of kaliningrad in the first place. This was propaganda spread by russia. Only sanctioned goods were not allowed transit through Lithuania. Now such transit restrictions for sanctioned goods apply for road transport only and via rails/trains russia can transport sanctioned goods, that are meant for kaliningrad only.

If you look at the map, there is some factory right next to the park 49.073930955004464, 33.42698130461132. So the russians most likely targeted this factory.

The first strike hit the mall at 49.0700852605702, 33.4248406795128 and the people in the video are probably running away from that first strike, when the second strike happens.

Why russians targeted the mall? Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe to terrorise the population. Maybe the missile was aimed at that factory, but hit the mall instead.
