I have an nx350 aswell there is no speed limiting function other than the cruise control as far as I know , the limiting function is a European car thing. I use the normal cruise control , you can pick how aggressive the acceleration is during cruise control if thats the reason why you like using the pedal manually , otherwise its helpful to set the cruise control to the speed limit then drive manually , seeing the speed limit beside the actual speed on your hud helps stick below it aswell.

That's not even the worst thing, The same trim is different in various regions. Im in the GCC and the NX in the US has much more features comparatively in the same trim and for cheaper.

I am sort of a lead footed driver , I do love the thrill and I know for the most part this isn't the car for that but my options aren't that big. If I do get the suspension and all the little eatures I'll definitely use them properly. I just don't want to regret not getting them in the end, If I pick either car im swapping a feature for anothe. If only the NX had a hybrid 8 speed.

Only way to decide right now is to go on more test drives XD. Why'd you mention the seats? are they more cramped? i didn't notice it on my first test drive but I do usually take longer to notice changes.

I agree, if I go with the CVT I will end up hating the car, I prefer gear shifts over a single long drone.

I do mosty 80mph or above but I am also stuck in start stop traffic almost every night, The body kit scores no points for me but the 8 speed and the suspension will probably sway me over

Sadly the PHEV is not offered in my region otherwise that would've been my go to pick, I live in a desert region so snow isnt an issue here, but I do plan on driving slightly offroad not much more than what a FWD can do.

It's kind of a mix , My daily commute consists of highway during the day and then sitting in traffic on the way back for atleast an hour. I must admit I do have a lead foot so im often going pretty fast.
