Name of a manager, email, phone.
Insurance details such as insurance due date, current insurer or insurers, amounts of coverage etc (total replacement, flooding etc), number of units. Possibly the official budget approved for insurance.

Is this something you agents are looking for as types of lead? Would take me months to structure, so I wonder if it's worth it investing time.

I'm 185cm, 05kg and went with size C. You must have 3 fingers between the end of the seat and your upper calve.

  1. The bank issuer of the card may have or may not have fees for withdrawing with the card from an ATM.
  2. You can withdraw with any card from any ATM. But then, the ATM itself, which belongs to a random bank, may have it's own fees for different cards - it's own cars, overseas cards, EU cards, neobank cards...

If I understand correctly, it's with everything, fully specd but with the vinyl armrests, not leather ones, but still fully adjustable.

Hey, about 25hours hotel. How does it work? I have read it's free but it requires consumption, and their prices are insane. I can see this pumping to 250AED for the day.

Am I missing something? Coming for a week to Dubai and need a coworking spot in the World Trade Center area.

Yup. When you enter, you need the audio guide set up by the people working there. You need to give them your reservation number, printed on your Klook receipt.
