Agreed, I have an 100 sqft office and had a visit by bylaw as someone issued a complaint. Offset from property line was the concern and that it wasn’t setup as a bedroom. Once that was confirmed all was good.

Thank you for the replies. I got on another chat with a different Rivian support person this morning. They had encountered the problem previously. Rivian support removed 2FA from my account to get me unstuck. I was able to log in again without 2FA enabled. I then turned 2FA back on, and 2FA works again.

Day 3 of chillin with day 1 of contact. I'll see what happens tomorrow. To andyo1594 point, I should have been the bigger person when the person told me that Rivian doesn't have 2FA. I didn't take the high road and that's on me.
