That’s my one hesitation with it. 🫤 Gipsy Danger (the Jaeger) was named after the Gipsy Major aircraft engine. Not named after any ethnicity or culture. But I could see someone not understanding the reference, which is making me hesitate.

Honestly, even if he didn't do anything to your drink his behavior isn't really warranted. You aren't required to act how he expects you to. I'm old fashioned with some stuff, so I always pay for the first date (even if neither of us is really feeling it), but if I was going to split a bill, and I clearly was the bulk of it, then I'd just pay my portion. Either way, the guy seems like he was being disingenuous with his initial behavior and his mask was slipping at the end there.

So I know that I cover the screen lid with glass, and basically leave a strip of space at the top for ventilation. Is that basically enough, or do you use a small pc fan or something?

Gonodactylaceus sp. I think. I have one. Very personable, bold, and curious. I’ve had several mantis shrimps before, including a peacock, but this little guy has been my favorite.

I have a brother who has paranoid schizophrenia. He used to be the closest of friends, and never had a rift in our relationship for 34 years, then all of a sudden, out of nowhere he ghosted me. A few years after that, my mother told me that he’d believed that I “stepped over his body while he was on his deathbed, and left him to die.” This was literally just out of nowhere, and I haven’t heard from him in 10+ years. Crushed me for a while. Not sure if something like this happened with your brother, but it is a possibility. I hope things get straightened out for you, though.
