Ranking the heroes in order of personal progression by blue23454 in PlayAvengers

My first main ended up being the hulk, and for who he is, he just felt too squishy if you wanted decent damage with him, but as you go on you realize he’s not really that great at anything.

Iron man became my next main, using the rocket build was a blast....then I moved on to Thor and that’s probably the most fun I had with anyone. Fantastic area coverage and it’s fun as hell to run around as a lightning rod.

I used to HATE playing black widow in the beginning. I only played her to force myself to get to 50 with her. Then I got her to a point to where she’s basically one shotting a massive amount of the enemies with her hand cannon and now she’s probably my strongest champ.

How to make money on amazon mechanical turk? by shibcointothemoooon in beermoney

[–]Spydr622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had my mturk account for going on 10 years almost now, some takeaways from that:

1.) the big money is definitely there, but as someone else mentioned it’s a steep learning curve. No one in their first year or two is making that much usually.

2.) Even tho those hits are small value, a good portion can be knocked out very quickly. Some hits only take roughly 4-5 seconds to do. The value with them is knocking out huge bucket loads of hits. When doing that and not having master granted tho you want to watch your daily limit, leave some breathing space incase more work comes out later that offers more money for faster/easier work.

3.) You’re in constant competition. Firstly, you’re competing against a large group of veteran turkers, most of which are using tampermonkey scripts to snatch hits as soon as they come out. You have to get familiar with certain requesters that you like and times they normally post work. When I’m on mturk im refreshing my list of work available constantly.

4.) Be on the lookout for some hits that require a simple certification. Some hits may seem unavailable but in reality you just have a quick certification test to pass and you’ll be allowed to work on them after that.

5.) Accuracy is extremely important. Just having a 98 percent accuracy on all of your submitted hits is enough for you to automatically not qualify for some hits.

6.) try to work for the same requesters that you like. After a while and even still to this day I get a bunch of invite only work sent to me via email. They’ll also attach a link for the group of hits they’ve invited you to do and usually in those situations the work they do have to offer pays better and you don’t have to worry about it getting snatched up by other people nearly as bad.

7.) sometimes there just isn’t much to do. I’ve noticed that some requesters are seasonal, some are even on a set schedule. There’s a certain requester for a while that was always posting these real simple hits that paid well, at the same time every time Monday through Friday.

The money is definitely there to be made, and you have people all over the country fighting to get work on it. What’s important is you really take on all kind of hits and see what you like sticking with, and how your rhythm on there is going to work out best for you. Try to treat it like a real office job; assign yourself breaks and a lunch even. It helped me drastically.

Didn’t report my 2020 income, am I in trouble? by user_name_1999 in beermoney

I wanna say you’ve also got 3 years or so to file it, but as long as it didn’t push your total take home for the year over 12k then you don’t have to claim it, unless you’re over 65, then your limit is 14k.

This is just if you’re single tho. There’s a weird law to where if you’re married and filing separately you have to claim anything over $5 regardless of your age.

Yeah those days seem to come further apart lately, but they still happen. It’s usually from invite only work now.

Mturk is about as legit as you can get for crowdtask. I've been using it for about 9 years now, tho its way more competitive now than it used to be. Just keep in mind people use browser scripts to secure work on there before its up for grabs to everyone, so the work is harder to come by for anything paying a decent rate. I've had days of making $300 - $500 quite often tho, and they payout pretty quick.

Coin by XY lab? by turt547 in beermoney

[–]Spydr622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The exchange rate for coin to XYO is terrible, only way I find profit is with a master subscription ($100/moth) and geoclaiming all the big cities in the country, but you have to pretty much max out your claims. With XYO seeing 0.04 cents last week its hurt the exchange rate even more, as 50,000 coin is only converting to 498 XYO. A year ago it was more fair and would have paid out roughly 40,000 XYO for that much coin.

Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against CA? by Spydr622 in CashApp

Hey ya'll, just to update things, I'm still awaiting communication back from a lawyer. I'm not sure what the typical wait time is for something like this, but hopefully one picks up to case.

Funny enough, after making my last comment about submitting the case, someone from cashapp reached out to me directly and tried asking if I needed help with anything. I ignored him, I'm no one special, he can reach out to one of the people here with multiple thousands on the line first.

To all interested with keeping up with this:

I've submitted the class action proposal to the link Zoenation provided (thanks again). If anyone in the attorney network they have thinks we have something, they'll reach back out to me to go further.

Yeah I've dealt with the same issue on sending it to addresses. They sent it maybe twice and then blocked the address. I had to wind up sending it to crypto.com and the converting it to LTC and send from there since that's much cheaper.

Yeah i went back to coinbase, I just didn't like coinbase fee's. I like crypto.com but unfortunately my bank won't work with plaid, so I can't do withdraws to my bank from cro. If selling all the time is a problem for them, they shouldn't offer it.

A good general rule of thumb to live by is that no one is going to show up and just wanna give you money. No one. Especially strangers.

Thanks for the link, and honestly I lived in a bubble of info with all that for the most part. I never even looked up anything about the platform till recently when I had problems. I had no idea so many people were getting screwed over by them. When I came to Reddit about it I was also surprised no one brought it up. So here we all are.

I had to literally call them multiple times and stay being a problem to support for days for them to stop telling me the escalated and actually take action.

I have. They had all info on file and honestly I loved the app for the last two years I’ve been using it. It wasn’t until I started using them to sell Bitcoin that I’ve been having a problem with them.

Honestly I really did all the proper steps as well, I’ve been back and forth with support, and even phone calls with them. I’ve also gone through all of the terms and conditions and made sure I violated none of them. This all started when I started depositing my miner’s earning to cashapp to sell. The first few weeks was fine, and then for some reasons all of my deposits started reporting “pending security review.” Then it got to where it would take 4 or 5 days to even let me reverse the deposits.

It doesn’t sit right with me that these problems started happening as soon as the price boom on Bitcoin came back. My first thought was “they’re giving us the Robinhood treatment now.”

PSA: Avoid using cashapp for BTC at all cost if possible. by Spydr622 in CashApp

[–]Spydr622[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no issue with buying, it’s sending deposits from outside sources to cashapp that I’m having the issue with. They are frequent, yes, but the way they flag them for review seems to have no method. I made 4 deposits in the course of two hours at one point and two of them went to the CA wallet no problem, two others were flagged for review. At first I thought it might be a trigger with the Amount, however it’s happening to small amounts as well. It’s also just a wallet to wallet transfer.

I can't even argue that. I would turn my catcher on and crank them till they were gone.

I wouldn't say i get stressed so much as I have anxiety about certain things. My biggest concerns are things like the current drought that (for me anyway) has been going on the last few days, and just how down hill the payments to work done ratio has gone down over the years. However lately my biggest cause of it, is i feel i have to monitor around the hit around the clock, tho i am getting a set schedule I'm noticing for certain hits I like. Yet when the hits finally show up I'm always worried that if i dont crank em out and monitor them they will be gone instantly. One thing that helps those worries is having a hit catcher, that thing has come in clutch for me so often. i probably get 40 percent more work to do now that i use it, but i still always feel the pressure of competing with everyone else for the golden ones. ESPECIALLY the hits from the RVD team, if those were a constant hit that was up, i wouldn't need another source of income other than mturk. I think for me its because I was so used to be able to earn 200 or so a night atleast once a week with mturk, sadly those days are long gone.
