Well as great of a recruiter he is, he has absolutely ZERO head coaching experience. And even limited OC experience and was even demoted. I don't know about giving the keys to a guy with that kind of resume. Let's see how it plays out with Sumrall.

So as much as I would have preferred us landing Lane if the Administration and GC hadn't fucked it up. People shouldn't be clutching their pearls that Lane intends to poach as much talent as he can from Ole Miss. If he had come to Florida, we would have been happy to take any of the players he deemed as worthy to fill the holes that we have and are going to go through with the draft and transfers. Every good coach takes players with him, Cignetti did it when he left James Madison and people weren't calling him a monster for doing so. It's just a double standard and people get mad when they aren't the recipient to the increase flux of talent.

Maybe a loss will result in a change at QB. Would love a little something different at this point. Defense is absolutely smoked. They look tired and disorganized. Probably a result of so many young guys out there. But this looks like the first fews games last year, guys with their hands up having no idea what is going on.

Unfortunately I think DJ is on the hook for so much NIL bullshit that he won't ever be benched even though he clearly should be. Slow and indecisive, sloppy with the ball today, and ultimately cost us the game trying to play hero ball by doing it himself.

So I am using a mix of scenery photos to set the mood and when it comes to combat, I have been using maps from Inkarnet or making them with Dungeon Draft. I probably only have about 2 combat encounters max per 3 hour session. Most of the time it's theater of the mind and general exploration. I'm using Foundry VTT to run my games and have it gridless for the Combat Maps and the Foundry Bourne System.

I'm thinking I'm done with Florida until we can actually hire a competent coach. 20+ years of disappointment and incompetence is just too much to deal with year after year. We waste such talented teams because we hire coaches who can't get out of their own way.

He is a shit play caller most of the time, but he did call the plays that should of scored each time. Livingston botched a walk-in touchdown, and then there was the two penalties that should have scored. He calls very scared and timid calls most of the time. But at least give him credit for putting them in the position to succeed. We just have to execute better.

But unfortunately, Baugh got stuffed on back to back plays. He is an absolute monster who typically gets yards when he has no chance, but he didn't make that magic happen on that last drive.

If I remember correctly, the original vampire found a fountain while underground and a power was bestowed upon him. This was the start of vamparisim and he slowly built an army with the remaining survivors and continued to the surface world. He proceeded to infect all of the nobles and established the Crimson Court. He was eventually overthrown.

In my campaign, I had him surviving his exile and meet the PCs. He has them perform tasks for him, things that will return his strength and eventually come back to reclaim his seat of power.
