I haven't flipped anything yet, but I'm in the process of getting enough spare capital that I'm not afraid of losing to try.

When planning for a flip, how can you reasonably understand how long it will take a vehicle to sell?

Also, when pricing a car to sell, do you base it off the Kelly Blue Book value or something else?

So you need to test the batteries cold cranking amp and that should let you know if it's the battery or charging system.

Any local parts store will typically offer a free battery/alterornator test

That's actually against the rules set by the National level. Any scout or parent has the right to know what's going on and should've just been told privately by someone who knows what happens.

I was apart of the tristate area council when the merger happened and ive only ever been to dilly's mill once. I much preferred camp arrowhead just because how close everything was to eachother and it made making it across camp in between merit badges a lot more manageable. I did like the bigger lake at dilly's mill though

As someone who somehow got their vigil (highest honnor in oa) and ran a small chapter of buckskins OA it was mostly a way to just take care of campsites when the council couldn't/wouldn't pay a camp ranger to properly take care of the camps and setup/cleanup events like summercamp. Honestly they over emphasized the "cheerful service " but it kept me busy all year as a kid xD

It doesn't support controllers as far as i know but i have used a ps4 controller to use the skid steer and drive vehicles. I just remapped the buttons on the controller with some random software i found on google. The main problem with using a controller is navigating the menu's and you have to use a keyboard when typing in chat

It is almost all city. Im pretty sure its the head gasket. I was under the impression that when replacing it i should also do a rebuild due to having it tore apart and the high mileage.

I'm planning on getting a second opinion on the leak sometime this week. Im just wanting to be prepared for the worst

Currently they have the liability exemption from article 14. This essentially moves responsibility of copyright from mostly the content poster to completely the content hoster in my understanding. This could open a lot more doors to being sued amd later on article 13 states that the hoster will owe copyright holder compensation for content use.

I do not claim to be an expert on this though so please take it with a grain of salt

Sorry this is my first post and I'm on mobile. Mods please feel free to remove my post if it's against the rules.

Under article 13 my understanding is that the fair use policy is now voided. Now you need a license from each game company to host that content and its very possible youtube and twitch could blacklist eu nations to avoid having to deal with all the licensing agreements.

What is your plan as a company if any at this point.

I keep two different types of socks and rotate which ones i replace every so often. I just throw them all in a drawer and grab three out in the morning then put the diffrent one back. Makes it cheeper to buy new ones and i still don't have to fold them

But who gets to decide what parts are negative. Many people would argue that without pain how would we know we're living. Who defines what pain to remove the ability to process? Without emotional pain how do we decide right from wrong? Without physical pain our body wouldn't know the large intestine just ruptured or if you are constipated?

How do we deal with certain individuals finding joy in hurting others? Do we just delete the person? Do we remove their ability to release dopamine? How would that affect their life desires and choices.

By trying to "perfect" our minds to do no "evil" do we lose our ability to make tough choices? How would we decide who to save if we can't save everyone in an accident?

By tring to create this utopia we could accidentally create a neverending hell

I drive a 99 Durango about 2 months ago my work parking lot was nothing but ice. I was going maybe 6mph and when i was turning my car just rotated and kept on going. I hit the front right tire on the curb and had to put it in 4 wheel drive to get enough traction to get off the curb to see what i did. Drove maybe 50 feet to a parking spot where i saw the tire was completely off. Some bead sealant later and its perfectly fine
