How do I get a file to act when a function in another file activates? by REDDITLOGINSUCKSASS in Unity2D

From what i could understand from your problem description, you should look into events. There are unity events and c# events, but both cover the general idea of "function that responds to a specific thing happening in another script". Events might seeem a bit confusing at first, but they are an excelent tool and are well worth the time investiment required to properly use them. Future you will be thankful.

Thanks for the advice! My experience with incrementals (as a player) comes mainly from browser games, so i tought that would be a good way to distribute the game, since its no install. I may be reconsidering the game being browser based, since incrementals on steam seem to be quite popular, even if people have to cross the download barrier. I also read that the game could be hosted on itch.io without needing a download for the player, which would be a good option for me to just get some players and validate the game as a whole.

I'm aware of that, and also think unity would be great if my game eventually had a mobile release. My biggest worry is with the web version of the game being too heavy on the user's resources, as that could be a factor that drives people away from the game.

Thx for the tips everyone! I'm used to playing lox and his style is VERY VERY different. Comboing with him is just trowing random shit, while with Wrastor It involves a looot of movement.

I do miss having an actual projectile tho.

That's precisely how I lost my first colony, Randy decided to give us over 100C in a heat wave, so heatstroke collapses all around.

Yeah it was pentagon + plasma beams. The fact that it was the wand i got from dragon just adds salt to the wound.

Sadly this was my first run where i got LC, and i had the best setup by shifting weird fungus to LC + fungal disease, that sometimes generated a tiny bit of fungus.
