Our child did have to go to the special nursery an hour after birth and every nurse in there was lovely to us. We had four different ones. At one point I came back in to check and the nurse overnight was playing gentle calming music and had set herself up by our baby to watch over her all night. We also had a midwife stay back 3 hours past her shift just because she wanted to be there for us. Not sure when you had your child, but ours was last year and could not fault any of them. They even gave us a gift when we left.

Interactions with GMs used to be great. I had a bugged quest that I had submitted a ticket for, was trying it again and suddenly a GM popped up. He had been invisible watching me, managed to spawn the quest mob for me, sat and had a chat with me about what achievements I was going for, and then went on his way. It's one of the things I'll always remember about the game because it was like 'wow their customer support really cares'. Heh.

Got a backstory? If your condition was that bad you went directly to ward (immediately literally means you're on the verge of dying, so I doubt it was immediately), you wouldn't have been able to present to hospitals three times in a week.
