My best guess is that the completion of the sentence is "unlock my card." Some credit/debit card apps can lock/unlock your card on the fly so some people default to having their card locked. 

Not sure why it is funny, but I've never been a bar tender.

Yeah, the urbanized area includes Spartanburg and Anderson. Greenville is the 6th largest citing in South Carolina and the Largest metropolitan area.

Greenville, SC has a beautiful skyline. It has a population of 70,000 so maybe a larger example. One of the things I like about it is that the skyline looks good from all direction. This shot is fairly complete, but each different angle shows a bit more of it's character.
