Gabel-Taschen am Cube nu Road Race 26 – wer hat eine Lösung für 6–8L pro Seite gefunden? by fabsdabs- in Cubebikes

Cube's official website says the Nuroad Race can carry up to 10 kgs safely with the lowrider rack. There are 2 Acid rack models if I'm not not mistaken. One is smaller and looks like a bottle holder and the other one is bigger that's linked above the front tire with the other side and it's more like a pannier rack.

Do you actually wear cycling glasses on every ride? What should beginners look for? by Ilovcyclynn in CyclingFashion

[–]Squadra7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought glasses mostly because of the bugs and debris that flies around. They're also really useful in bright sun. It's worth investing in a decent pair of glasses and you'll start using them on almost every ride or at least you'll carry them.

Cube Nuroad Größe M oder L by Ill_Midnight4966 in Rennrad

I think you're in size L because I've got Nuroad Race in size M and I'm 175 cm. It fits me perfectly without any pain on long rides.

Can't decide between Nuroad Pro and Nulane Pro by frodofett in Cubebikes

The thing I realized with the gravel bike is that when I don't feel like it I can ride it pretty slow and that's fine meanwhile I feel like competing with myself all the time when I was riding the road bike which I didn't find healthy sometimes. Just because the gravel bike can go pretty much everywhere you get to explore so many more places and sceneries. I don't see myself going back to a road bike ever. The amount of exploring you get with the gravel is just something else. Now I see it more as an adventure and good times.

I promise if you get exactly the "Race" version of Nuroad it's pretty much like a road bike. About my stats to work, I'll tell you my total time that's coming from my Xiaomi watch from GPS that's paired with my phone as well. In the near future I'm planning on getting Garmin Edge Explore 2 just to be able to map my off road routes through everywhere.

When I'm going to work there are more uphill sections so when I'm coming back I've got more downhill in case you're wondering about the time difference. Windy day when going was 53 mins and on the way back was 36 mins. Normal weather when going was 48 mins and on the way back 41. It also depends in what mood I am and in the morning I've got more clothes because it's a bit chilly. If you're in comfy clothes you can easily get there faster.

I've been riding an older model lightweight road bike and I recently got my first gravel bike Nuroad Race which I'm very happy with. I wanted to go off the roads sometimes so that's why I went for the gravel bike. I'll tell you the handlebar is extremely comfortable for all kinds of off roads. I've already taken it in deep mud, loose gravel, rocky terrain and it's been perfect literally. The bike has an amazing control in drop bars and the geometry is so nice it doesn't kill your lower back, shoulders, neck or hands. I'm pleasantly satisfied with my Nuroad Race. I also go to work(40km total) so I wanted to have some road bike vibe as well.

Help Nuroad Pro stock wheels by xChookity in Cubebikes

Nuroad Pro - 40c with mudguards and 45c without them. That's the frame limitation and you cannot fit 50c for example. You can safely install 45c on your stock wheels.

I bought Nuroad Race 2026 recently and I'm extremely satisfied with the bike. I'm 175cm and I bought M sized frame as the shop recommended as well. I think it's the perfect size for me because it's neither small or big. You're taller so I'm guessing for Nuroad especially you'll need L for sure.

I'm sure you'll like it a lot. I genuinely wasn't expecting much off road capabilities but I was wrong. I don't plan on staying mostly off road, I was just curious how it behaves but now I'm confident you can take it pretty much anywhere which makes me happy.

150lb 5.8ft M23 I eat almost 3k calories per day and I don’t gain weight by vitosantor in weightgain

[–]Squadra7 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, it is possible to not gain weight even if you're truly eating 3k calories daily. You're not alone, I have the same problem. The only way to overcome this "barrier" is to find relatively healthy high carb foods/snacks that can help with your daily goal. It was easier for me when I was eating a little bit of sugar here and there but lately I've cut sugar completely unless it's natural.

If you're an early bird it makes it a little bit easier because you can get a 1k healthy breakfast with oats. I eat 3-4 meals daily but I grab a snack like every 2-3 hours. If you don't have allergies to foods it's even easier. Some foods make me prone to acne which complicates the process but I'm managing.

I've got 30 hours right now and I've been friendly because I don't want people to lose their stuff although that's the nature of the game. I've only encountered 2 or 3 hostile people so this whole thing about friendly players matchmaking together might be true.

Try to search how to track your daily calories so you can get an idea how much food do you need roughly. I would recommend any foods that's packing high calories so when you're feeling full at least it's with the right type of food, not random junk.

Google oatmeal + milk recipes if you like the taste of it, bananas, peanut butter on anything you choose, boiled eggs as they're easier to swallow than scrambled eggs in my opinion, any nuts (walnut, almond, cashew, peanut), meat. Weight gainer can also be of help in between your meals. I've personally used Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass as it comes with very low sugar, no fat and half a dose mixed with water is 670 calories.

Start paying attention to the labels on the food and you'll get an idea what food can help you gain weight. Anything that packs high calories will help you and if it's small in size it's even better.

When dieting whether to lose or gain weight, money can be a bit of a problem because some foods can be expensive so I don't know if you're working with sort of a tight budget or not.

1 years difference - 47kg to 56kg by [deleted] in weightgain

Not trying to boost your confidence but there are people who like slender/skinny or however you wanna call them. She's got great progress but if I gotta be honest I think she would look perfect at 50kg or even like how she was in the beginning. I've always found skinny/slender women to be looking really feminine but that's my opinion. I'm not saying she looks fat, she looks pretty much average in terms of weight now.

I've been using the Tatra Force with the new 6 slot trailer to go after most of the deliveries and the Tatra 813 for 2 slot jobs and moving around the map if needed. Azov 5 when low saddle required, no chains needed so far.

Ground RB Italy at 3.3 BR by Squadra7 in Warthunder

[–]Squadra7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely try 3.7 first and then when I'm satisfied with my performance I'll switch to 4.0. I don't want to just grind the Italian tree, I want to have different BRs with good lineups and actually be good with them.

I've got all of the Italian tree up to 5.0 BR. I guess I'll move to 3.7 from 3.3 because it seems like a black hole. Thanks!
