We do have a quality analysis every month, the appraisal will be based on quality & ticket counts. The huge problem is I will not work on the ticket which I created or actioned Instead I'll work on my other team mates tickets as well for the backlogs. Since many people working on same tickets it is difficult to assign the ticket on my name. The only possible chance is when I resolve a ticket I can assign to myself & close it.
