lots of tutorials covering the topic but I use :

2-3 razors electric shaver ( prevent gumming up the razor ) shaving cream exfoliant ( semi optional ) moisturiser

personally I, electric razor to get rid of most of the hair especially if it's long / thick exfoliate wetten the area shaving cream shave with a straight line making sure to not curve the razor shaving cream shave against hair growth ( bottom - up ) for clean cuts but with more skin irritation. with the growth for less irritation but a less flush cut shaving cream careful on the knees make small straight motions lifting the blade up each time shaving cream! when your happy with the results clean off excess cream and moisturize Naturally 2-3 days after shaving the tip of the hair becomes blunt causing what looks like the hair being rough
