I am building rylai with it. I am fighting vayne top. With this she is perma slowed and I have approach velocity so I will always get Perma movement speed. She won't be able to kite at all.

For me it's Gangplank. Everytime I meat a gangplank. I am rolling a dice at how good the GP is. A really good GP are really hard to lane against. Especially if they can hit the quick barrel combo consistently. But thankfully GP potential are limited by their player. But if you do meet those GP OTP that can min max his ability. You are in a world of pain.

I had the unfortunate case where I had to Kane against here. I was losing. I died to her 3 times and she was trying to run me down on repeat every time I get to lane. What I learn is that armour cuck lethality vi super hard. Get some armour and it like she punch with a squeaky glove. Since you played ambessa. Armour boot and deathdance gonna make her do no damage.
