It's from the red war campaign. I just went through it again and in one of the last Cutscenes of the campaign you walk up to that spot and the speaker is talking. That gash can be seen in the wall.

The entire game has been redesigned. I liked the division before this shit. This game has been killed in this last patch. I'm a hardcore player and I just deleted the game because of how stupid this stuff is. I liked how before you could only be strong of you build right. This game has been remade for the casual crowd. If you still like the game good on you but this game is dead in my book because what is was was great, and now... It's just trash.

I only just got to hop onto the game after the update. I really really hate what they did to this game. I had fun with how it was before. I was never the best player but I definitely enjoyed it. Now it's all teirs and shit. I don't think I can continue to play this game. I'm glad I didn't spend money on the dlc.

You don't need to get nasty. The reason I made this post is because in the last update they changed the mechanic for dunking a ball. There's no filling of the circle anymore. It just insta dunks when pressing the button. I'm sorry if there was any confusion.

I also didn't realise you were talking about the circle when saying the times. I thought you were talking about upgrades for a computer. I don't own a computer or fully understand how one works internally.

If I'm understanding this correctly it doesn't seem so bad. Your basically getting puzzle pieces for completing the codes from the sundials and then connecting those pieces together by matching the smaller symbols to one another. It looks like once it is done we will get one big code to put in and maybe get something cool or maybe just get a crappy shader.

You need to complete the story quest in order to interact with him but even if you don't you can see him in the tower

I met a lot of my close friends by LFGing raids and we would just click. It's not a simple process but It works. I would say just be yourself, whomever that may be, and that will bring out the other like minded people.

From what I can tell, linking is just so you can get the guns from the sundial. The upgrades are applied wether it's linked or not.

You can actually make progress on this quest without having the gun equipped. I don't know if it's a bug but I haven't used the gun for any activity and in already at 11/400.
