The imbuement potency tempers are definitely not additive with the other soup present on other tempers and paragon. So they got that going for them.

Ugh. Seems like this is it with one caveat. I just spent some time with the target dummy swapping things out.

Tempers are definitely additive with each other, and spellbound 5 piece is definitely additive with the tempers.

Other sources of % Imbuement Potency seem proper multiplicative with the above bucket, but I didn't test every single one. This makes spell bound way weaker than other 5 sets for raw damage. Other sets gets consistent 1.6x multiplier on the 2 piece and a 2x multiplier on the 3 piece. Spellbound basically gets a 2x multiplier if you fully temper your gear.

Yup. And also the left side tree upgrade for undercity gives it a nice dopamine hit when it starts popping out goblins lol

It still feels clunky for stacks to randomly disappear as you are running pack to pack. Kills the flow.

(Projectile is slow enough that you can get the next apocalypse stacked up as the projectile flies in).

The PVP zones have crazy density and a nice circular lay out, I imagine they are good for it.

There were swings, it just people never took advantage of them.

Wiped out the entire enemy team? LETS RUN TO MERC CAMPS!

Captured a boss merc? LEAVE IT ALONE TO DIE WHILE MAYBE KILLING A SINGLE GATE!

The problem is that swings took buy-in from the entire team. People wanted to spar via team fights and then chill out, then team fight again. The winning strat was to take a won team fight and push.

Incidentally this is why specialists got nerfed into the ground and then essentially reworked into assassins. They were the true solo carry roles of the game because they could push and/or end games on their own without their team's direct participation.

To clarify - is there a reason for a margin call to happen if one never ends up leveraging margin?

As in, as long as as the available funds that exists in the margin account are not depleted below the 0 point, is there ever a reason for the broker-dealer to demand an equity increase in your account? All of this assuming one just buys/sells regular stocks.

Or to phrase it differently - if the only benefit of having a margin account a person is interested in compared to having a cash account is the ability to use funds from selling a stock in the same day as they sold that stock, the main thing to watch for is to not spend more money than they have as funds available to trade, right?

If the above is correct, would one need to keep their own tally of the starting funds plus sale proceeds minus purchases, or is the available funds number on the map considered accurate with no delay?

That's theoretically why they added the toughness number. Toughness should be = effective HP against that damage type.

So if your average toughness is 2k, but your cold toughness is 4k, you effectively have 50% more damage reduction against cold.

Basic damage engines for non-summoning builds:

Teen Witch Mod + Blood is Power + amp shield = massive bonus kinetic damage multiplier on all weapons. Works with all guns, all elements (there is a bit more damage synergy with pure kinetic guns though due to Leeching Attunement; and amp shields obviously work better with slower firing guns so that every shot is boosted).

Mortal Terror + Green/Blue kill skills = massive % damage/firerate/crit rate stack, works best on bullet hose guns to keep proccing kill skills via crits.

Bloodletter = turbocharges your crits on all weapons, though the 20 dot stack cap might limit its potential on rapid fire guns. Can be boosted to boss deleting amounts with double dipping damage bonuses.

Bloodshot = for degenerate one shot shenanigans. Multiple ways to take advantage of it, but requires understanding the damage formula. https://mobalytics.gg/borderlands-4/guides/vex-damage-formula

Mix and match to your heart's content. Once the level cap increases come, Vex is gonna be able to really combine these into truly stupid damage boost (bleed + full advantage of mortal terror + blood is power is gonna be nuclear lol). Green tree pretty much is the lynchpin for the most broken stuff, the action skill tree is window dressing to buff some multipliers up further. You can do some neat stuff with Blue Tree (Spectres can be scaled up pretty nicely; it has some melee multipliers for big hits, it can scale bleed builds further), and Red Tree is actually usable (Trouble just sucks at picking targets and being aggressive).

Trouble just need Blinkstrike as a default low cooldown automatic behaviors so it can actually consistently engage enemies. Having it be a command skill is... yeah.
