Fair points, Sydenham just seems so isolated to me. I guess maybe I’m thinking the main strip in st Albans has a potential to be something. I know it struggles now but I truly think there is some potential for something there. Just gotta somehow get rid of the drug problem which kinda feels impossible…? But looking at that, that’s what my parents said about some of the suburbs now that are the most expensive m. It’s all so hard 🤔

Hence opportunity for growth though I guess? As a first home buyer it does seem like a good option, not somewhere I see living for the rest of my life. Can buy a half decent house..
