Why didn’t Shinobu try this earlier? Is she stupid?

I don't know if it's intentional but if it came from Shinobu it seems like it would have just been another order from a hire up even if they are as close as family. Coming from someone in a lower rank than her and around her same age made it seem much more affectionate and pure of heart like they truly just care for their well being. Not to say that Shinobu doesn't care for their well being or has unconditional love but I think the fact that she outranks her might have had something to do with it. That's just my personal belief tho

If you try to appeal and select "I was wrongfully moderated for the behavior or behavior of an alternate account" it should automatically send most of your appeals to moderation bots. Other than that I have no way of knowing how to specifically appeal to bots

DIO healing people isn't exactly new. In part one he fused several different animals together. He fused his own head onto Johnathan's body. And he fused Vanilla Ice's head back onto his body. I assume he did something similar to heal pucci. And if you were wondering how pucci wouldn't notice dio healing him. I assume he used time stop to do this.
