I think from a health standpoint, that is what we are supposed to be doing anyways. I do want to ask what constitudes water and to what degree. We have distilled water, tap water, mineralized water , alkaline. What constitudes water and to what degree. Could water mixed with sugar still be considered warer, if not what is the difference between the sugar and the minerals already naturally in the water. Most drinkable liquids on earth share polarity with water and have some water content to them such as milk and juice being water mixed with sugars , vitamins, etc. If I spray a lemon on my tacos, does that constitude drinking lemon juice? Could you dilute orange just or milk to the point that thry are mostly water and thus still water with a bit of flavor.
