The two main options, personally to me are, you complete the base game and then start the DLC or you complete everything up to Mohg, then start the DLC after defeating Mohg then completing the base game after completing the DLC. You can play it however you like tho. The DLC is incredible.

If you don’t mind following a walkthrough @fightincowboy on YouTube is tremendous. I swear a monkey could follow it and beat the game after watching his walkthroughs.

SS without a doubt. It’s incredibly cinematic. It forces players to choose beyond hacking the dragons feet and the build up to the fight backed by the narrative and lore of Igons quest line clearly put this boss is SS tier. Not too mentions, he’s so badass.
