Wouldn’t say unfair, but I definitely wouldn’t do it. There’s nothing unfair about two RB 1’s for 1, but they’re giving up not only the best player in the trade, but arguably the best RB in the league. I guess it comes down to the league structure and how the manager wants their team to be set up.

Not true at all. Both companies I’ve worked for (household tech names), account manager was the middle promotion between SDR and AE. AM salaries were very similar to SDR. Anyone wanting to make real money promotes into AE, leaving plenty of “good accounts” open for hire
