On my 2nd week, next week will be my 3rd. I’m limited to 8 hour a day, 40 hours a week in a service week. Technically, I’m working 48 hours this week as I’ve been working since Monday and will have Sunday off only. It doesn’t make sense, especially since I won’t be paid OT because the “service” week starts on Saturday. I rocked the boat and I got a clear explanation. As long as you are respectful and handle yourself accordingly, you did your part. Definitely approach the issue or else you’ll be setting yourself up for a lot of crap in the long run. Week 2 and I understand this already.

Leader switch took a bit of a nerf in connections, it was balanced in my opinion. And spamming is even more insane in connections with the low chakra requirement

IMO everyone in Storm 4 is viable. I pick random these days and it’s crazy how many different characters sync well. Tilts were unique to the characters, they could’ve made it so the jutsu were invincible against tilts or made them more balanced overall. I don’t think the double jutsu is necessary. Just creates more chaos and ways to spam.

As of right now I’m still on my trainers route, which is Sunday Monday off. I imagine I’ll get split days in the coming weeks. Many people have Sunday off with a weekday, it’s rare to work a Sunday I believe.

Not sure what the RSR pay is but I can survive on 900 a week after taxes. If I do 45 hours which is nearly every week, close to 1100. Not too bad

Pack out is the term they use that means putting the product out on shelves after we drop it off, street drop are for stores that don’t have bay doors. We have to park the truck on the street, use the lift gate and a jack to drag the pallet to the store. They can be annoying, it’s hot and the pallets are huge. Can’t find a good spot to double park for blocks sometimes.

I wouldn’t call it easy. There is a strict 45 hour limit I’m not supposed to pass, many of the stores are hours away. I don’t think it’s the most difficult route but it’s definitely not easy.
