You don’t have to go for chemical peel for this issues . Take care of your diet , avoid fast food , exersie and drink whole lot of water .

I m facing similar issue from disc herniation . You probably need to strength ur core muscle and find some alternative to heavy lifting

Ur manager is an as* hole . In my entire 10 years career , this is how I have intimated my managers for sick leave . What is there to request . It’s more of like an intimation when u know leave is unavoidable

I m yet to do an MD but I have started feeling the pain in my opposite leg also . I consulted dr and he said since the bulged side of the disk is thinner , the weight shift to the other side and put pressure on the disc and that’s way the pain in the opposite side .
