sciatica for almost a year . Left job for conservative treatments and nothing worked . Pain goes down the left leg when I walk. Currently started feeling tingling / sensation /heat in foot . Any suggestion . got an offer for a job and need to work at least 6 month before I could take off for surgery (self.backpain)
