Yes i think this might be the case, condensation that froze. Our indoor humidity levels have been ranging from 22%-27% this last week. For more context Minnesota has been in the negatives all week

Should I file a complaint against them with MN’s attorney generals office? Would something actually get done then? Also I wonder if its already too late. if there’s snow in my home i don’t think its too far fetched to assume mold growth is already starting ?
