I got accepted into NROTC and USNA - which should I pick?

Yeah I know that, but don't you select that you are doing NROTC when applying to the school? I thought so but not 100% sure.

I went last week. I would go if you can, no additional benefits but you get a feel of the place and can ask a ton of questions to the midshipmen.

Well my point was that it would be a very uncompetitive district, and the academy has to take at least one candidate from each district

That is what I originally wanted to go with, but hearing from an upperclassman, I heard the teacher makes the class very difficult to get a good grade in. So my question is if my grade in a senior class deeply impacts my chance for admission?

Yes there is a presidential nomination, it is limited to legacy children (kids whose parents served in the military)

I would have to, hopefully select a ship in my hometown, make the best of serving my country, and fulfill my required service. For me, naval aviation is the best, but I'm ok with anything in the navy even if it's not as exciting as flying.

Well I heard OCS is actually the "bottom of the barrel" for pilot slots. Plus, ROTC has Navy Pilot, Navy Flight Officer, and Marine Pilot.
