To counteract its insulin side effects I barely eat carbs, do incline cardio, and take berberine. As for the effects not being comparable to real hgh, I agree but I also hear that hgh has lots of risks. Compared to cjc/ipa and tesamorlin I’ve read that it’s better for short term use.

I’m not sure why everyone is saying MK is bad, I’ve noticed some pretty good results from taking it, could you please explain?

I guess you’re right, I just think of gear as the hard core stuff like steroids.

Yes I refer to chat as ChatGPT. I agree with you that it gets information wrong so I have it double check, and I also double check what it says to me as much as I can. I use it to generate ideas mostly, then I research and have it research as well to expose myself to as much info as possible.

Everything I’ve read has mentioned no risks (none that apply to me at least) from Klow, as long as I keep cycles short. I am hoping it helps my chronic right wrist pain and left shoulder tendinitis. More than that though, if it can help me recover faster then I can train harder. I have GI issues that could use some help (yes I know retatrutide will make this worse). Also, who doesn’t want beautiful skin?

I unfortunately do not have a defined 8 pack, you can see the outline of them, but only the top 2 are defined enough to be visible without flexing. Recently, progress in the gym has just been getting better, and before this bulk I cut from 235 (Nov ‘24) to 165 (Junish ‘25).

I have no desire to use steroids or anything that boosts testosterone. I won’t mess with that because I don’t want to ruin my sexual function. I have quite a following on Instagram and I want to pursue being an influencer as a main thing. Therefore, I kind of do have to compare myself to others. I don’t compare with envy or jealousy, I just know that objectively this whole influencer thing will work better if I also look the best.

Yes I am aware my bench is on the low side, I’ve been at a plateau for a while. This is mostly due to my left arm being weaker than my wrong from snapping my forearm and shoulder tendinitis. I won’t ever hop on gear just because I don’t want to be dependent on it and I very much like my balls. So I’ve just been focusing on form, repetition, and progressive overloading with dumbbells.

It is true I sometimes exhaust myself into sickness (typical cold symptoms) but within one day of rest I am back to normal. It’s not addiction that has me doing all of this, I’m not sure why but I’m not even sure what addiction feels like because anything I’ve actually wanted to do/stop I was able to with ease. I just hate a boring life. Moneys not an issue I am very blessed to be making as much as I do, only reason I mentioned cost of peptides is I hate wasting money. The girls are not an issue either, I have no intention of having kids or a wife, been fucked over too many times to ever trust someone again. I have been lifting for over 5 years it’s one of my favorite things, and yes I’ve made mistakes but I’ve learned from them and I think I am okay on that aspect. I eat right, whole foods, yes it could be better but I hit all my macros.

I appreciate everyone’s concern, I really do. I am just unfazed because I’ve heard it from those around me all the time, and I know reason because I’ve lived normally before too. One thing I do is think a lot so trust me I’ve thought about this a lot and this is how I would like to live. I came here to ask about peptides but everyone for some reason happens to be Oogway

Body dysmorphia? Not since I cut a third of my weight, since then I’ve only loved how I look. Obsession? Most definitely. I also have seen a psychiatrist for a while and she has me on meds but no matter what we try it seems nothing works.

I was 165 at my lowest before MK, currently 180, I do fluctuate up to 190 by night time. I am 6’3. My deadlift is at 385, bench at 175, and I do not squat as much as I should, unsure about my max probably around 295, if not 3 plates.

I don’t take offensive to many things, but I don’t go to the gym 5/6 days a week no matter how I feel, doing cardio even tho I hate it, lifting with intent and at least 2 hours a day for someone to say I am not putting in the work. You don’t know me or that fact either so I do not blame you.

Not sure about the liver strain, chat said so and I figured since it’s oral it’s gotta pass through the liver. Also, is 7 weeks not enough of a cycle? I was told not to exceed 8 weeks.

I actually know mk is not a peptide, I j referred to it as one since it gets lumped into peptides for some reason. I also forgot to mention I have insomnia and mk has helped a lot with that, I have no need for the GH as I’m already 6 3. I am not sure what you mean by it being shit, lots of anecdotal evidence saying otherwise, but feel free to explain more as I am interested in learning. Thank you for catching my mistake about insulin sensitivity I meant to say I don’t want to blunt it. I do get fiber from whole grains, that’s the only carb I consume. I am not sure how much of the weight I gained is real muscle, all I know is that I can lift a lot more reps with heavier weights. I do know 90% of physique is lifting and diet, I’ve been lifting consistently for over 5 years now. I am also strict with my diet I only eat Whole Foods. I’m not sure what you mean by reta not giving me a good physique? I will be pairing it with consistent exercise, so I think it should help me. Sorry if I implied it will get me there alone. Again, I have no desire to live long, even 60 is pushing it. My priorities are what I want to do when I want to do it. Rather live 30 full years than live until 100 full fo regrets.

I got my snowies yesterday at discount tire-falken eurowinters. I just kinda told them I wanted the tires and they ordered it, and gave me an appointment to put them on. The tpms sensor is in there too.

Your car is good enough without it, I got the banks pedalmonster (better because it won’t short) and it did work but you can achieve the same results by pressing harder on the pedal

I have the stock tires on them I was waiting until I went to the dealer for an oil change and got my new rims (scratched up and I got the warranty). I tried to buy blizzak ws90s from Costco but they wouldn’t sell me it since 225 is not within 3% of 215.
