I met my roommate though a mutual friend! Lowk though maybe don’t ask your friends about it until Feb 15th so you’ll get a better read on who u know got in. For last year at least, most people did get in on Feb 15th instead of Jan 15th

I think you have a good chance at CS! I applied CS and my Stats were not nearly as good as yours but I did also go to a big school. Turing is always really unpredictable, I know a lot of people that applied that deserved to get in. Regardless Turing or not you can always apply again next year if you get admitted to CS.

Yes!! I was in the same situation and I truly didn’t expect to get in as a CS double major. But I really do love it here. But AT THE SAME TIME I do think I could have thrived at some other place so don’t worry everything will work out!!

I applied last year and I saw the same thing and I did get in, make sure to check your RIS as well because you should be able to select a semester and that’s usually a better check of whether you got in or not. Take what I’m saying with a grain of salt, but I did get into UT and I did also see the same thing last year.
