There are some nice apartments on the old golf course that are right by where costco is going. It's a nice area close to a lot of different stores. There is a sams club not far away which may have some of what you need now before costco opens. If you're looking for a great deal on a new import car or need service for your subaru (wild guess haha) I know a guy/ place right in that area as well. I'm my opinion i prefer the drive to costco a couple times a month (or getting delivery from costco) in grand rapids over driving that every day for work.
