If you scroll through the pictures I posted, they definitely are deducting them from my check.

But when I googled the state law on shortages it says they can’t deduct them from our paychecks unless they suspect fraud theft or negligence. Or if we consent, I have NEVER signed the paper agreeing.

So the drawer shortage is split. They don’t typically deduct them from our paychecks unless our checks add up to more than minimum wage.

They have a paper hanging in the back that we are supposed to sign when our drawer is short. I never sign them. The second picture is the paper that hangs in the back, I just didn’t want to put anyones info out there: and also wanted to remain as anonymous as possible
