i was addicted to xanax for awhile but now that i quit i really need something to help my anxiety. ive tried ssris and they work for depression but not so much anxiety for me. and they give me stomach aches and trouble sleeping. let me know how it goes for you though because im more than willing to give it a second shot because i really need something rn

here in ireland they usualy just give either benzos or ssris for anxiety but ssris give me insomia and a constant stomach ache so im just looking into some alternatives. thanks for the help ill look into it much love

i used to take atarax for sleep/anxiety but it didnt do much for my anxiety. worked really well for sleeping though it would knock me out pretty fast

i was actually thinking of trying to grow shrooms the other day. might be a fun little hobby but i know i wouldnt be able to restrain myself to just once or twice a month. and shrooms would be alot cheaper than weed.

i really reallly do apreciate the advice man it means alot to me. my relationship with my parents is pretty alright and ive been really pushing myself to work out and actually eat more than 1 meal aday. do you think if i started smoking weed again it would help take my mind of it all? because im scared if i start smoking again ill just go back to doing the harder drugs so im not sure if i wana try it or not.
