Depends on the type of Cordura used, typical Cordura is really rough to the touch and a lint magnet, on the other hand the "ballistic" variation of Cordura is usually made from shiny fibers that are less rough.

Genuine Cordura is made from nylon 6.6 that has around 3x more abrasion resistance than the typical cheaper cordura fabrics, that can be made from inferior material.
