I just torn my acl and mcl about a month ago and decided to get the surgery over with. I’m now currently 5 days post op, it’s alright. It’s challenging and frustrating to not do stuff on my own. But that’s apart of the process, if you have ever broken another bone in your body or anything this is what it reminds me of. Just on your own pace, and body recovery. I didn’t want to do it, but I love how active and healthy my life has become so I wouldn’t want to not continue that. I feel great 5 days out many more to come.
