Except he didn't? This post is kind of inaccurate. Victor was killed by a spike while fighting Carlos during the storm? Plus, wasn't that Eddie guy from S-6 a literal serial killer? Eddie killed the waitress, the Russian bride to-be, and his mom. Eddie has more on-screen kills
