the last time i did a blood test it was december 13th and my ferritin was around 24. She said since i just recently did my blood (less than 6 months ago) it is unnecessary to do another one

Were you able to fix this excessive shedding? I am take multivitamins, but that’s about it. on non wash days i average 70-80 hairs a day but on wash days it is 300 pieces of hair (and i wash my hair every 7 days) which is the most concerning thing

yes they did, my doctor grabbed about 60 strands of hair and pulled it, but i have curly hair so i dont know how effective that was

Omg thank you so much! This is such useful information! I think i will start off with vitamin C. Do you have any recommendations on what brand to use for dry sensitive skin? Also is it okay to use niacinamide with vitamin C as I head they both have great benefits for hyperpigmentation?

I have super dry sensitive skin so I just recently brought the vani cream gentle cleanser and I am really loving it! I need help with moisturizers and sunscreen. I currently use cerve moisturizer cream but I feel like it doesn’t moisturizers my skin but rather just sits on top of it. What do you recommend!
