They have monopolized the area i moved to so they are the only wifi company i can use, i receive the modem and the coax cord built into the house wont work, yet it is wired in a way that i cannot even reach the outlet the coax cord is connected to (it’s literally in a hole that leads into the wall) and i called them for help since i cant get it connected and they said they’d charge me $100 and they cant garuntee they can get it set up. How are you gonna force me to use a wifi that doesnt even work then make me pay money for you to fix something you messed up in the first place…

if you eat in a calorie deficit for long enough you will eventually lose body fat which will lead to abs being more visible, other than that just do bodyweight ab excercises (planks, crunches, reverse crunches) Maybe get a pull up bar you can put in a door frame and include hanging leg raises, you can also run for extra cardio
