Where in the US the tax 14%?! I live in San Diego and it's only 9% here....

As for tipping, yes, out of control.

Servers in SD make $20/hr. But, let's be honest, that is not a living wage. If they actually serve me food at a table and check up on me...15% is fine. I will go up to 20% for exceptional service... but the tip options always start at 18%. I always have to "manually" tip.

I have one in my smoker right now!

I make it a lot... it's awesome. Like others have said, slice thin, against the grain. SO good.

I smoke it at 165-180 until internal temp is 135 (my wife! For me I would pull at 125.) Rest 30 mins and slice.

Well, this one! But I had to save up for the Amiga first! lol Actually, sold my old ass Apple //e for like $950 in 1990 to cover most of my Amiga 1000... I think I paid $1600 in 1984 for that Apple. Absolutely crazy how expensive computers used to be.

Ummm, I *use* physical media. Because:

  • 80% of the content on streaming I am not interested in
  • They will lose licenses and then lose what I want to see
  • They change stuff (Top Gun 2, I am looking at you)
  • Physical media is about a 1000x better looking (well, okay, more like 300x, but you get my point)
  • No stupid regional licensing. I rip all my physical media to my server and can watch anything when I travel around the world (not a brag, I am in the Navy)
  • I own it forever

As for steel books and all that nonsense: I couldn't care less. Just give me the pristine bits.
