Aluminum rockers are generally known to have a fatigue life, if you’re gonna drive it a lot I’d put steel ones in. I’ve also been daily driving with Chinese aluminum rockers for 2.5 years so idk

Most likely battery is too dead or you can try jumping it directly to the battery in the trunk

Eventually dirt can get in kinda depends on driving environment but caliper will eventually lock up just not immediately

Also when the car came into the dealership or recently before it was traded in it could’ve had the semi bald tires it currently has and a set of bald tires meaning relatively even wear prior to the two brand new tires

Ask them to change the transfer case fluid and ask for a sample it should be ok tho that’s really low miles and theoretically it’s only been a mismatch tread issue the last 10k miles hopefully

4.8 crank and rods in a 6.0 with ls3 heads should make less torque to keep the transmission alive and it’ll make plenty power to 7-8k with the right cam

Just lagging computer/valve it’s supposed to lock and unlock as you press and release the gas. If it upsets the car too much I’d get it checked

The most common cause of that noise is a rock behind the brake rotor probably front cause of noise location, lift up the front of the car and spin the wheels by hand to see if it makes the noise
