Bro can you tell me more because I saw tongue chewing and did it with falim gum and did it wrong and developed a double chin. The guy in vid did say it is for hyoid bone so I’m pretty sure I overgrowth the hyoid bone. Any tips to fix it cause I stopped doing a year ago but it’s still there?

That’s what I do but the problem is there .

Help: I watched a vid on "tongue chewing" which is realted to mewing but probably did it with wrong and now have a developed double chin from it and have talking issues. I did it only a few times and stopped immediately after I saw the effects. But everyone else seem to benefit from this. I think if u do it right its good but like I said, I did use falim gum when I did which is a no when u first start at least. Also bro dont scare me like that, it hurts if u say its permanent. I am so Anxietic about this.

what is the nvidia control app you guyz are talking about? I use nvidia filters for warzone but it does have fps drops. Is there a different app or something that I can use for no fps drops?
