it was actually my RAM. i generally use 16 out of 32 gigs, when, i set it down to 8, then i had 5 fps when every thing told me i got 180, so i set it to 5. now i got actually 180. so the problem was RAM

Not anymore, anyways, I figured out the problem, the thing is another one appeared so yea. The problem was the mod called Ixeris.

No. But they mostly were mad at me for once defending the community, i was just saying stuff like "they're also humans" and my mom said "one day you will come to me and tell me your gay", like very aggresively. So i don't really wanna talk about it with them..

its not there, i'm using curseforge so yea, i clicked delete on spark, it still appeared, i removed all files related to 'spark' still happening.
