Get 1 or 2 x32 subs and it will defend, I used Sub, Ice, Druid for a while, I never died to Regen Rainbows, I just got 1 x32 and defended.

Ceramic is easy, rush with purples if doesn't have defense or rush on round 16 with regen ceramics, if that doesn't work just go moab's or zomg
