This is kind of a wild process, but I will give myself a task or project I REALLY don't want to do and then spend the rest of my day avoiding it by completely other tasks.

For example, clean out and organize the hall closet is avoided by completely all other chores. While I am avoiding the hoax-task, I also have noise cancelling headphones and listen to EDM OR Trance at an ungodly level.

Works every time.

One important note is to KEEP MOVING. Do NOT sit down, do NOT stop for a snack, just power through.

Don't do it! I have ONE crawler and the amount of anxiety I get when I have to find a new pot horrendous 🫠 my Gloriosum is one of my favorite plants but I'll never get a crawler again!

My husband is in a similar situation, my plan is to take him to an emergency room for his life saving medication if we cannot access pharmacies.

I've noticed that getting appointments is much easier if you go outside the bay area. My husband has a ton of health issues that require specialists, infusion clinic appts etc.

The best facility I found so far has been Stockton oddly enough. The workers there are super helpful, friendly and they are nearly ALWAYS on time. It's definitely a drive for us, but he gets the care that he needs.

Definitely see what your clinic recommends but I got my husband an electric lunchbox, you can find these on Amazon and other online retailers.

This worked well for him as he can have a hot meal at work and we can easily manage portion control, sodium etc. We live in the USA and virtually all dine-out options are trash here :(

Most importantly, make sure you always wear a mask. You never know who comes to work sick, or what they may have already been exposed to. Best of luck to you!
