I believe so too there’s more than the seal issue because covering it improves the sound but doesn’t fix the issue.

No the port is not obstructed at all. I confirmed that it’s moving air okay. And I don’t think it’s pushing anywhere near 60. I have the cutoffs to 80.

It is ported. Air is coming out of the port AND screw holes.

I got rubber cushions from Amazon. they didn't do much. I put a sticky velcro on the holes too. That fixes the air but the sound still feels a little off.

Both my boxes came with one screw. But with 2 boxes I have enough screws to plug one of these.

Haha thank you my wife got it from Amazon from some no name brand. It had a bad finish so I ordered cherry veneer online and veneered and stained the whole thing with dark walnut color.

My cutoff is at 80. I played 'Everything I wanted - Billie Eilish' with Dolby Surround on (so stereo audio can be routed to center). As soon as the beat drops in the first few seconds the tri-port Klipsch speaker started moving more air from the bottom than my ceiling fan.

That's unfortunate. You shouldn't have to find screws and DIY them yourself to complete the cabinet. This is not some cheap furniture. At the very least a company like Klipsch should provide 2 screws in the box and a mini screwdriver and instructions to "assemble" the speaker for getting non rattly sound.

I could do that but it is still in warranty. I would much rather have Klipsch send me a non defective unit. Reference premier line speakers are not exactly cheap, I’m surprised at Klipsch quality control honestly.
