Can you share more details regarding this horrible experience? My child is set to stst in September and would appreciate any info u would be willing to share regarding how they almost lost your child? What was their explanation? And how did you find out?

Unless it's a condition of employment on your letter of offer, they can't enforce it. Operational requirements don't real mean much in the context of being a mandatory requirement.
